My mom and grandma used to send each other "thinking of you" flowers all the time. My grandma recently passed away. I called and asked them if they could tell me what she usually ordered and they provided the info no problem and I placed the order online for the same day. It doesn't sound like it would mean much, but it is a comfort to my mom and to me to feel like I can be there for her from afar because of the simple act of a florist providing info about an order.
