My grandma lives a bit out of town in sort of a remote area. I ordered the flowers just two days prior to her birthday. She LOVED the flowers, they were gorgeous and an excellent value. Delivery was incredibly reasonable. I couldn't be happier. They put the biggest smile on my grandma's face. Plus that balloon was huge! Perfect. :)

Sadly, while the recipient never received her delivery, I can say it is not because they were not delivered to the hospital. Even more, I called on a Saturday when the business is closed and received a return call from a lovely lady who was kind, helpful and handled the situation as it should have been.
